Easy to cook and are very tasty. Some of the south Indian dishes are Dosa which serves with sambhar and coconut chutneys, Idli serves with sambhar, are some popular dishes which are known across the country. Here is the list of some unique dishes of south Indian food.

1.    Buttermilk dosa - This dosa made with buttermilk is a variety which gets melts within the mouth. This dosa is delicious in the taste and gives us a taste of south Indian dishes. This dish is quite different and unique in taste.

7.    Stuffed appe recipe – You can call it appe or paniyaram is a popular breakfast which is known by many names. It is made by steaming the idli dosa batter in a special pan.

Thengai poli – This is the Vini's South Indian Food of pooran poli made using a coconut filling. Poli is nothing but a sweet parantha with a mixture of coconut and jaggery.
